Frank McMaster
A bit about me
Frank is a Peer Worker for Giving Back. He is/will be working with Youth Apprentices aged 16-25 years old on our programme. Frank is very interested in working with young adults who have/had mental health issues or are neurodivergent. He loves helping others with anything he is able to do.
Frank himself was a Youth Apprentice at Giving Back so he has first hand experience of the Apprentice programme. He also helped with writing/composing social media posts and helped with community engagement events. He is looking forward to seeing the behind the scenes of the Youth Employability onboarding process.
He is looking forward to this especially in the busier seasons as well as the cafe opening. He will continue working with Giving Back as a Peer Worker and improve his skill set moving forward. Frank is excited to be a part of the process of the cafe opening and a part of the team.
