Forma Mentis
Forma Mentis is a pioneering team that offers expert advice and guidance to individuals navigating the complex landscape of benefit support and the completion of relevant forms and paperwork.
The team are experts in substance use, mental health and poverty, and will strive to be the go-to resource for anyone seeking reliable and up to date information.
The staff have long established partnerships and use a multi-agency approach alongside other services in Dundee to enable them to provide signposting to, and information from other services.
Giving Back launched ‘Feel Good Thursday’ in October 2025 at Douglas Community Centre. Partnering with the Dundee City Council Community Health Team (East) and adopting a ‘co-production’ approach. , this activity programme focuses on 'social health' and was developed through community engagement. Its core themes include learning and development, partnership working, therapeutic creative activities, and outreach. The programme's mission is to promote recovery, combat stigma and loneliness, and build community resilience by delivering fun, creative activities.

Youth Employability Programme
This programme was developed in response to current inequalities data on young people and aligns with local and national level strategic plans and priorities outlined for young people.
We work with young adults aged 16-25 who are neurodivergent or have mental health support needs. The model adopts a holistic approach to working alongside young people who are unemployed and a strong ethos that ‘no young person is left behind’.
Youth apprentices develop employment skills on work placements and we currently have partnerships with five local businesses, two of which joined us this year.
The young people take a lead on our open days and events and are developing neurodivergent support, as well as a Road Map of services.

Sakura Cafe & Community Hub
Sakura will be based in the old bowling pavilion in Dawson Park and will be used as both a cafe and a community hub. The cafe will provide takeaway and sit-in and also offer a food larder and will open out onto the community garden which will then be accessible at weekends.
The community hub will be open two days a week and provide a space for the community to use for groups and activities as well as offering drop-in sessions from various organisations and services.
Our planning application has now been approved and we are moving forward with a start date for the renovation works.
