The Importance of Giving Back

Giving Back was founded in 2023 by a community member of Broughty Ferry. This Charity was set up to support the area and the wider community of Dundee. Take a look at the website to see all the amazing things we have completed and started.

Giving Back refers to the act of showing gratitude to others by offering help, whether it be through volunteering, donating money or creating social impact. Ways of Giving Back

  • Volunteer your time

    There are countless volunteer opportunities available depending on your skills and interests. Giving Back is not only a charity based in Broughty Ferry but also has connections with other services in Dundee; this allows us to discuss other opportunities around Dundee with you.

  • Donate Money

    Financial contributions or donations can make a difference in your community. All money raised is used for the community through Giving Back and or projects. We use any money given to pay for staff, equipment or for project development. Focused, approachable, and driven by results, our sales manager is all about building strong relationships. They help connect people to the right solutions—with clarity and care.

  • Donate Goods

    Giving Back works in partnership with other services in Dundee and will assist people in the community with goods, equipment etc. Giving Back will also sell items to raise funds through the Sakura Cafe. All money allows Giving back to continue to support the community.

  • Spread Awareness

    You can use your voice to educate others about the good work being done by Giving back, through our Facebook page or other social media platforms. We also deliver flyers and put up posters in the community for people who may not use social media. Please keep spreading the word about this amazing charity.
