Pamela is the founder of Giving Back, a community-focused organisation established in 2023 with a passion for supporting and uplifting local people. As a registered social worker with over 15 years experience working within charities and community services, Pamela has dedicated her career to helping others and creating meaningful change.

Her commitment and impact were recognised when she was nominated for the UK Female Business Awards in 2024 and became runner-up for Services to the Community. Pamela is incredibly proud of how Giving back has developed so far and values the amazing staff, volunteers, and community members who have been apart of the journey.

Driven by compassion, connection and a vision for positive change, Pamela is excited for the future and looks forward to continuing to grow Giving back and expand its support within the community.
