Sakura Planning Application
As you may have seen, we submitted our planning application for the Sakura community hub and cafe before Christmas. It is now live on the Council planning portal if you wish to take a look, including detailed architect plans.

If you wish to show your support for this development you can also do this on the portal or via email. Please see the attached booklet for more information on this process.

The Survey Work Begins!
A massive thank you to Fairhurst for completing a structural survey for us in time for our Board meeting at the end of the month. The good news is that the survey has come back with relatively little of concern so we will be moving forward with the lease in February.
